Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service Monday-Friday or email us at info@themajesticroze.com before 11 a.m. on the business day following the day your order was placed. Assuming your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order for you. Due to our desire to promptly ship our customer orders, we cannot guarantee we cancel the shipment. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, we will replace if the item(s) arrives damaged (we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, via email and a picture of damage). However once a item(s) has been sent we will not be able to accept returns.

Can Gift Cards Be Returned?
Unfortunately, Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, absolutely! We happily accept custom orders. Please email for more information.
What type of credit cards does The Majestic Roze accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Shipping
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email info@themajesticroze.com and we’ll help resolve your issue!
How will we know if our order shipped?
When an order is shipped you will receive a email with tracking information. If you have not received an email, your order has not shipped. We strive to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days NOT including weekends or holidays.
What shipping options are available?
Shipping is based on the amount of item(s) ordered. Most cases we ship USPS priority. We also ship through UPS and also ship internationally!
Where do you ship your products?
We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!
