PRODUCT CARE
Now that you’ve decided on your favorite items, here’s a few tips on how to safely care for your Majestic Roze products. If you have any further questions, please get in touch info@themajesticroze.com and we’ll be happy to help.
CANDLES
- Trim wick to 1/8 – 1/4 inch before lighting for the first time.
- Keep wick trimmed to 1/8 – 1/4 inch at all times to avoid black smoke and residue and always remove wick debris from candle prior to burning.
- Burn on a flat, stable, fireproof surface. Candle containers, especially candle tins, may become hot. We recommend putting candles, especially those in metal tins, on a heat resistant coaster. Always handle with care!
- Light your candle for 2-4 hours the first time to get an even burn throughout.
- To ensure safety, do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish if the flame becomes too high or if flickering repeatedly.
- Never leave candles unattended or in the reach of children or pets.
- Do not place near flammable objects such as curtains, walls, bedding, papers, etc. Avoid burning in drafts such as open windows, ceiling fans, and air currents.
- Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or going to sleep.
- Never extinguish candles with water. The water can cause the hot wax to splatter and might cause the container to break.
- Discontinue using the candle when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
- Please upcycle your candle containers!
- Never move the candle while the wax is still in a liquid state.
- You must allow the candle to cool and harden completely before moving it.
DIFFUSERS
- Keep your diffusers away from children and pets.
- Do not ingest fragrance oil. Contact your physician or poison control immediately if accidental ingestion occurs.
- Place diffusers on a stable, flat surface – in an area where it will not get knocked over or disturbed
- Never place a diffuser directly on a finished surface or allow the fragrance oil to come in contact with a finished surface; the diffuser oils can and will cause permanent damage to many furnished surfaces, fabrics or materials. Use a plate, a coaster and extreme care.
- Never light the ends of diffuser reeds
- Keep diffusers away from direct sunlight, open flames and other heat sources.
WAX MELTS, TARTS & SNAP BARS
- Only use an approved UL listed electric warmer or tea-light warmer.
- Place your wax melt warmer in a safe, stable situation, away from drafts and anything flammable and also well out of the reach of children or pets.
- Do not add water or any other substance to your wax melts.
- Do not heat wax melts on stove.
- Never leave warmer unattended.
- Warmer trays may become hot, handle with care!
- Re-use soy wax melts until no fragrance is released.
